I had some amazing chats last week with some women that are struggling. It got me thinking about those times when we struggle with our health and fitness journey.
I'll be honest. When you struggle in this area, it's rarely about the food and exercise. More often than not, it's our relationship and perception of those two areas.
Here are a few questions to ask yourself:
Am I using food to help fuel my body or to fuel my emotions?
Am I making time for exercise or making excuses?
No matter what your answers are to these questions, I want to impress something upon you: YOU ARE WORTH THE EFFORT!
You are worth all of the sweat, the time and the discomfort. You can do it!
Your challenge for today is to tell yourself that you can do it! Tell yourself that you are worth the price for your goals.
