Pregnancy Series Part One: Background

In case you didn't know, I'm pregnant. I've been wanting to write about this experience for awhile. I wish that I felt brave enough to go into detail about some of these experiences.

Since I was a teenager, I have had issues with my menstral cycle and hormones. After college and marriage, I was diagnosed with PCOS. That's an entire story in itself. But suffice it to say that we knew that we needed help to start our family. We went through many treatments, losses and heartache. We were blessed and grateful to have two children: Kylee in 2010 and Lizzy in 2013.

A few months ago, I found myself staring at a positive pregnancy test. Again, we felt overwhelmed with gratitude. Since then, it's been a wonderful journey for this last child. Here are some of the highlights:

-It's a boy!

-He is coming in the beginning of June.

-I've been tired.

-I'm still teaching classes at the gym and working out each day.

Now, I'm at 24 weeks. My goal for this series is to give tips, motivation and smiles to the women that are also pregnant.
